I am looking for old film/video footage of the Venice Pier Ballroom from the 1940's. If possible, footage of Ted Daffan and His Texans playing there in 1944 and 1945. I am Ted's granddaughter and a) have never seen him play with the band and b) want to possibly put together a documentary.
If you have access to any archival video or could steer me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
