She Asks for a Divorce on the Ground of Infidelity
San Francisco, Jan. 12.--(By the Associated Press) Mrs. Sarah Hotchkiss. wife of A.B. Hotchkiss, a Los Angeles lawyer, has commenced suit for a divorce from her husband in the Superior Court here. Infidelity is charged.

It is Now Stated That No Proceedings Have Been Commenced
San Francisco, Feb. 3.--(By the Associated Press) An article was published recently stating that A.B. Hotchkiss, a prominent attorney of Los Angeles had been sued for a divorce in this city by his wife. Mrs. Hotchkiss states that she has not sued her husband for a divorce, and that she knows nothing of the woman who has been named in connection with the case.
